The only thing that really gives this build a problem is heavy armor elites that don't summon minions, like tanks. And those elites that summon minions? Just working in your favor now. Even a group of 4-5 is enough to allow Witchfire to one-shot marines and two shot hellbrutes. Contrary to how a Psyker probably normally plays, staying at range, you want to actually run in and group everything up as tightly as possible. You can't be partially pregnant or partially invulnerable. How "invulnerable" can referr to something which only partially reducing damage? This word suggest total immunity. And while names "hero" and "city" are rather self-explanatory (hero - for hero type of unit, city - for being in the boarders of city), but last two. And according to wiki, rest of them (hero, invulnerable, city, feel no pain) are just different names of reduction of all kinds of damage. on the table top, Witchfire pertains to damaging psychic powers that are fired out like a gun.
Ranged and witchfire are obvious, since they're referring to the concrete types of attack. I am not sure if its only present on abilities but for example the Zoanthropes Wabblast abilities are witchfire, same for the Molten Beam of the primaris Psyker. 'Ranged', 'hero', 'invulnerable', 'city', 'feel no pain' and 'witchfire'.
